Cancelations for our Balloon Bouquets

There will be no CANCELATIONS for orders within 24 hours PRIOR to delivery. Complaints shall only be honored within 24 hours AFTER delivery.

CERTAIN ITEMS AND MATERIALS MAY VARY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. And this should not be a valid reason for cancelations.

Cancelations for our other Products

Should you have issues with one of our products purchased, please contact us, and we will fix the problem. If you still want to cancel your order, we will be gladly cancel any items that are not shipped yet.
