Return Policy for our Balloon Bouquets

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns for our Balloon Bouquets as these are made especially for your event. Complaints shall only be honored within 24 hours AFTER delivery. However, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We will make every effort to correct any mistakes, and fix any issues you may have with our arrangements.

CERTAIN ITEMS AND MATERIALS MAY VARY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. And this should not be a valid reason for returns.

Should you have issues with one of our products purchased, please contact us, and we will fix the problem. If you still want to return your order, we will be gladly honor it within 14 days.
